Carmen Almos

Carmen Almos is a co-founder of Salt Rock Advisory and the founder of Ashburton Hospitality. She began her career in hotel asset management on behalf of a Kuwaiti family office holding Fairmont-flagged trophy assets in Dubai — an experience that shaped the firm she would later build for the very same archetype of investor.

Across her career, Ms. Almos has overseen institutional hotel portfolios spanning the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, executing on revenue management, cost discipline, F&B repositioning, and major capital programmes including change-of-ownership Property Improvement Plans. Her work has consistently delivered measured uplift to gross operating profit and market-share index alongside disciplined cost management.
